As we expand into new service areas, our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible. If we feel that we cannot deliver the best results for our customers, we choose to stop offering that service rather than provide something below our standards.
In the past, we offered poison oak removal and brush or yard waste cleanup to help keep our schedule full. However, as our business has grown and evolved, we now focus on services that align with our current operations and allow us to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
One of the main reasons for this change is the way we approached poison oak removal. We are one of the few companies that removed poison oak from the root. Because poison oak can return year after year, there is no true one-time solution to fully eliminate it. We were always honest about this and offered long-term care options rather than quick, temporary fixes.
However, due to our high standards and thorough process, poison oak removal takes a significant amount of time—often several days per job. With our expansion and the new services we provide, we now have daily commitments and offer fast scheduling, including same-day or next-day service for many of our customers.
When we are committed to a multi-day poison oak removal project, we are unable to service other customers during that time. In contrast, many of our current services can be completed within a few hours, allowing us to serve more customers efficiently and respond quickly to scheduling requests.
Because of this, we are no longer offering poison oak removal or any brush, or yard waste services this year or in the foreseeable future.
