So an appointment was set for Friday, January 2. All along the way he communicated early - texting a half hour before he arrived. He arrived on-time (even early), and with his son they truly went above and beyond what I needed. They not only took hauled my stuff from this unit (full of boxes of house-stuff that were falling apart), he also even swept up and cleaned the unit!
