Whether you have a smaller pickup load, a packed garage, a move-out cleanup, or an entire property that needs to be cleared, our team has the equipment and hauling capacity to handle projects of all sizes.

We regularly remove materials from garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, move-out cleanouts, rental property cleanouts, hoarding cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, home cleanouts, business cleanouts, construction and renovation cleanups, and complete property cleanouts. This can include boxes, bagged items, household clutter, stored belongings, shelving, cabinets, fixtures, remodeling materials, construction debris, office contents, miscellaneous property junk, and mixed debris generated during larger cleanout projects.

Our primary service area is Santa Cruz County, including Santa Cruz, Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, Watsonville, Live Oak, Scotts Valley, Felton, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, and surrounding mountain communities. We may also provide cleanout and hauling services in select areas of Monterey County and San Benito County when scheduling and project requirements allow.

Every cleanout is different. Some customers only need a smaller amount cleared, while others need full truckloads or multiple loads removed from a home, garage, rental, storage space, business, or entire property. We handle the lifting, loading, hauling, transportation, separation, and proper disposal of accepted materials, so you don't have to rent equipment or handle the removal yourself.

Whenever possible, we work to keep usable items out of the landfill. Donation-eligible items may be directed to local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore and other appropriate community donation and reuse programs, depending on the condition of the items and current acceptance guidelines. Recyclable materials are separated when appropriate, while remaining debris is transported to proper recycling, transfer, and disposal facilities for responsible handling.

We can also assist with the proper disposal of certain household hazardous materials, including paint and select household chemicals, as part of qualifying cleanout projects. These materials require special handling, separation, and delivery to appropriate facilities in accordance with local disposal requirements. Quantity limits, material restrictions, and additional disposal or handling fees may apply. Certain hazardous, prohibited, or regulated materials cannot be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept dirt, soil, or excavated material due to local testing and disposal requirements. These materials require separate handling and cannot be included with our standard cleanout loads.
